DISCIPLE MAKING CHURCHES
Our Vision
To glorify God and make disciples of all nations, we envision strategic and significant presence in all cities and municipalities of the Philippines, the Filipinos scattered around the world and the least-evangelized people group.
The Conservative Baptists, one of the many Baptist groups all over the world, got its name at a time when the term "conservative" was used to describe those who accepted the historic views of Scripture's inspiration and inerrancy, and Jesus Christ's unique deity. They came to the Philippines in the 50’s and began as a church planting movement.
Rev. Dr. Rey Avante General Director, CBAP
The call to make disciples, to raise Christlike leaders, and to plant and strengthen churches will never stop until Christ returns. Let us look ahead with renewed passion and unity. The lessons we have learned and the victories we have experienced must inspire us to press on with greater courage. With the rapid changes in our nation and the world, we need churches that are steadfast in truth, compassionate in service, and bold in witness.
Rev. Dr. Lito Villoria President, CBAP
As we "press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:14), we do so with the assurance that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion. Our mission continues because our Master lives and He will return again.
Let us press on together - in humility, in unity, and in hope - trusting that Christ will finish His work through His work through His church, for His glory alone.
